La Voute offers discerning couples a unique holiday experience. Each of our traditional Mongolian Yurts is surrounded by plenty of private space, secluded by trees yet with views over our wild flower meadow, paddocks and woodland, it is a great place to chill and relax. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, you will certainly find it here.
Each Yurt has been tastefully furnished in a distinct and different French style. King size beds, Egyptian cotton sheets, wooden furniture, relaxing chairs and coffee table even a log burner for those chilly spring or autumn evenings. Outside you have a large decking area with your own private garden with comfortable chairs and shaded areas, where you can un-wind, read, chat or watch the birds and wildlife, you may even glimpse a wild boar in the early evening twilight.

The Yurt Experience
With no electricity in the Yurt, we provide outside solar lighting, oil filled lights and candles for use during your holiday. Torches are supplied for your use and each guest receives a complimentary LED lamp, to clip to your book or magazine.
The summer kitchen is available for you to cook your own meal, prepare a salad or just make some tea. The fully fitted kitchen has a large oven and gas hob, individual fridge/freezers, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, glasses and thermos flasks are all at you disposal.
A selection of condiments, spices, oils etc are supplied and subject to availability our own preserves, chutney’s and pickles can be purchased. Fresh parsley, basil, bay, mint, rosemary and thyme are left daily in the kitchen along with any excess vegetables.
Each Yurt has its own shower house and compost toilet. Nestled amongst the oaks, it is a unique indoor/outdoor shower experience. Light, airy and warmed by the sun, the individual shower rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a communal shower and WC next to the summer kitchen.

Included: Complimentary bottle of chilled Champagne, hand made chocolates (weekly bookings only), all bedding and bath towels (not pool towels), food welcome pack with all the basics including beer & wine. Candles & lights, wood for log burner. Shared use of our 5m x 10m heated pool.
